Setting: The Battle of Peking was an event that occurred in the year of 1900, during the Boxer Rebellion in China. The Boxer Rebellion was a movement of Chinese peasants to drive all foreigners from China. Their initial aim was the destruction of the Qing Dynasty of China, and any Westerners who had positions of power in China. However, in 1898, Conservative, anti foreign forces united the Qing Dynasty with the Boxers, with the main goal of destroying the foreigners. The Chinese Government organized thousands of Militias, who then marched on Peking, now known as Beijing. The inner section of the City was surrounded by high walls broken by gates all around. All along these walls and gates were Small garrisons of solider from the Eight Nation Alliance.
As if Marvel's Infinity War wasn't a big enough crossover, Soldiers and Ambassadors from Austria Hungary, The British Empire, The Russian Empire, France, The United States, Italy, Japan, and The German Empire. The garrison held out for a total of 55 hard fought days, until after a second attempt, 18,000 soldiers from the Eight Nation Alliance relieved the City from the Chinese Army of 80,000. A real David and Goliath scenario.
Duration: The real event lasted 55 days, however I believe Good roleplay and interesting events, historical or non historical can be done in a couple days.
Resources: If need be, creative liberties could be made to instead use the World War 1 models for the Western Nations, as they are similar, and WW2 models for the Chinese, As they are very similar as well.
Note: This is was mostly a thought experiment to see what the community thinks, and I dont believe the idea will be used due to having to compromise with resources of later times, but nevertheless, I found the event interesting and had to share it with you all.
