Not very sure then. I can't seem to find much more on the topic, other than the fact it has to do with DirectX. Can you paste the full error code? Also, that "fix" with the paged pool doesn't have a Windows 10 version up so it's not compatible. That looks like it might work, but it's a different process on this OS.
