    It's probably from the massive amounts of people in the server. If it isnt, then the best way is to just reinstall gmod.

    Here's my solution. Go to the right tunnel, run towards the black wall and mash 'e' until that prompt appears. Press okay but still keep mashing that 'e'. It's a guarantee that you'll get in.
