Mobo age is important insofar as older boards won't be able to accept newer CPUs , newer RAM, and newer GPUs

I live in a town a couple hours away from Chattanooga where every day we wake up and Comcast cracks its whip at our backs, driving us forward on 500gb/mo data caps and horrendous prices Now I find out a neighboring city gets $70 1Gb/sec internet. Dang.

If you're on windows look at the resource monitor and see if there's some piece of chinese malware hogging all your internet for DDOS or proxy purposes, or if you're just plain not getting the speed start menu > search programs and files > type in resource monitor > etc

Sounds like throttling. Call your ISP and complain. Wish I could get internet that good for $70/mo.

Alright, thanks. All's fixed then, aside from that custom texture. Where exactly should it be placed? I'm not seeing any textures folder.

This is the only other section of the map that has reference materials. I mistakenly thought it was the top of the lighthouse, but it's not. Any idea on this?

Repeating others when I say I got a decent improvement. Maybe 7-8 fps. Like someone said, I'd love an rp_togglehud so I could flick a button to turn it on/off though.
