damn i should have remembered that CEF patch, now that you mention it that was what ultimately fixed it for me i think i never had any issues with resolution/aspect ratio though, that’s either a new issue (very possible) or something specific to your setup combined with gmod being a broken mess...

gmod is almost always CPU bottlenecked so a new graphics card likely won't help -- a new cpu could do wonders though, if yours is aging
