Information about the ban itself:
Unsure, I have no message describing the reasons for the ban, but i'd have to guess posting pornographic gifs in the first (then abandoned) ZRP discord server after the admins quit and announced the migration to the official TNB discord.

When were you banned?
23/09/25, i'd have to guess, I don't have a ban receipt or any information.

How long is the ban?
Permanent.

Who applied it?
I don't know.

What is the ban reason?
Posting pornographic gifs in an abandoned discord server

1) The pornographics gifs in question, one a "joke" one with minecraft characters, the second was a shock one.


2) In-game ban message, no name of admin, no reason, only permanent.

Additional comments:
My intentions weren't to disturb the main server, community or forums, I deeply apologize for the disturbing and shocking nature of my attempts of humor, I didn't realize the server wasn't truly abandoned as there were no indication or ranks of active staff or any rules. I just want to play and contribute to the TnB RP community in a healthy and respectful way. I've would have never posted these gifs or any sort of rule-breaking content in the official TNB Forum, Discord or In-game chats, as I respect and value the community and it's rules.

From what I have seen of the other bans, it appears those were part of a group of friends acting together. Hamburger, however, is not one of those people. He appears to have been caught up in the general infectious chaos of a discord server and posted some things under the (not incorrect) assumption that the ZRP discord was abandoned and no longer used for actual TNB community purposes. I'm not writing about those other bans, but you appear to have caught Hamburger by painting in too broad a stroke.

To clarify a bit, it wasn't the intention of Administration to abandon the Discord. Prior to his Announcement post where he stepped away from the project, Bennet revoked both Moderator and Community Leadership's roles from the Discord. Things were moved to the main TnB Discord because we were unable to post announcements or moderate in the pre-existing one.

The importance of this comes down to two rules.

(2-F) Do not share explicit content unsolicited to members of the community or coerce others to do so. Moderators and administrators of the community will not interfere with the personal life of its members as long as such matters are kept entirely private and out of the light of the forums, shoutbox, community discord and servers. However, sharing sexual content without consent or pressuring another member of the community into sharing this content is entirely forbidden.

This one is obvious. Though 'abandoned' it's still a Discord that was being used by the Community. Our inability to moderate this space effectively as our roles were revoked lead to a spam in rule-breaking behavior. This leads to the second rule.

(3-B) Respect the legal rights of all programs and companies. Do not post links to torrents or pirated copies of programs. Do not do anything within the community that would put you into legal trouble.

TnB is, as prior public discussions directly touched on, not an 18+ community. While we often handle and deal with mature themes, as many of us are adults, this is an important distinct for two reasons. One, TnB's name is still associated with that Discord (given we cannot change it). Two, per Discord Terms of Service, NSFW content cannot be posted in channels/servers that are not explicitly marked as 18+ and locked behind age-gated content. Doing so puts both your profile and the server posted within at risk given the lack of moderation. Though the chance is low, it's not out of the question that someone could report that message, have Discord follow it back to this Discord, and proceed to make sweeping action against what is viewed from the outside as a collection of servers given it's named in association with us.

Our ability to enforce these rules is obviously limited in the ZRP Discord, but both of these rules and others still apply. If you're willing to acknowledge this, then I'm willing to offer a +1 for the unban, pending thoughts from other moderators/CL.

Hello, thanks for reviewing my appeal so quickly! First of all, in my due ignorance I wasn't aware of the ramifications of the incident regarding the loss of direct moderation of the server, although my ignorance does not excuse my lack of initiative on carefully reading the terms and rules to such an extent to understand the delicate situation with TnB's posture on it's age rating.

Second, as stated above, I acted truly alone, without any means to destabilize or make any coordinated attacks against other players, admins, organizers or the community itself.

Third, I understand clearly now why the punishment was given to me, and I'd like a second chance, due to this being my first offence in this community. I promise with good faith that another incident of this manner won't happen neither I will act out of hand in the seems of instability regarding internal manners and reorganisation between the administration and community planners and managers.
