Postal Log Exploit

I've found that when you sign the Postal Log beyond the first initial signing, it will continue to generate random loot. I tested this theory when I discovered my previously signed Postal Log laying on the counter of the Administration Lobby. It was previously signed by me already, curiosity struck me and thought "What if I sign it again?". Sure enough I was granted another letter, along with some randomly generated loot. I fear this could be exploited if it were to fall into the wrong hands.

Deadeye it's now broken the opposite way, if you complete one delivery any new deliveries will say "You've already signed the log" as soon as you right click it, and it won't let the customer sign it either

ok used a diff approach this time, should be fixed for sure now (for sure)
