Can't Login To The TRP Server

I'm trying to login to the TRP server for the first time and I keep getting the error: Buffer overflow in net message.

I've tried unsubscribing from the workshop TnB TRP files and then re subscribing. I have tried for the past two days and still cannot get in.

this kind of issue is kinda hard to nail down cause it can have a lot of different causes
might be a lack of ram, might be a bandwidth issue, might be that the server needs some tweaking (if more people have been running into this, do tell me if so)

have you tried joining during low-pop/empty hours or just after a restart?

That's probably for the best :)

In all seriousness, make sure you try the obvious stuff - restart GMod, then Steam, then your PC just to be sure.

I've tried during low-pop. I also have 16gb ddr4 and a 100 ping to the server. I don't understand the console logs but am I missing files from my gmod folder needed for the server?

Fixed it. Verified integrity of game files and worked.
