Computer gets stuck on shutdown and restart

For the last couple of days, my computer freezes during shutting down and restarting. The only change I've made before this happened was installing Company of Heroes. The action center is showing that I have driver issues, but I can't fix them because it always freezes every time I try.

My OS is Windows 8.1. Any help?

check the hdd on another pc. u will kno if its the hdd or the os/filesystem on it

I don't have another PC to test it on.
I ran SFC and it gave me errors regarding AMD, with the advice of Lewis I uninstalled the drivers and attempted to reinstall them, they didn't install properly so I'm stuck with a driverless computer.

could be ur processor being retarded then. doesnt exclude the possibility of hdd or the os being broken either. boot code is stored on the hdd so

Ye i thought just as much. I don't have any other PC's around me, I could possibly take it to a friend's house and test it on his.

Turns out my HDD may be corrupted. I ran a modified version of SFC, called SFCFix, which repairs more than the standard. It ran for 20 minutes, then told me it had to run an extra 10-15 mins because of the amount of corruptions on my hard drive, the program ran to 40% and the percentage wouldn't increase even after an hour.

Is there a sure way to find out if it's corrupted?
