Gmod hl2.exe not responding

I know this doesn't relate to the TnB servers in anyway but I was wondering if anyone has experienced this and has fixed it, so last night I was on the TnB servers and decided to play something else I also updated my Nvidia and a hour later I started to play gmod and it hasn't done this before but as soon as I clicked Play it did the usual blue loading screen then immediately crashed. If someone could give me some help that would be nice :D.

If it crashed while trying to get onto the server, that happened to me a few times yesterday; I think it has something to do with the radio script but I'm not too sure.

I can't think of many people that had problems with the radio script yo. I think it might be something else.
