ZRP3 - RP_Asheville and Finale Announcement

With the map change to rp_asheville and the formal abandonment of Southside Brooklyn, some changes to the server dynamic as it is now will be introduced. The long and short of it all from this point forward:

• Cell phones and social media no longer have service, and accordingly cannot be used.
• Whatever supply lines that players have been using to order and smuggle supplies into the quarantine zone are now unusable, with no infrastructure remaining to exploit and enable smuggling. The business tab on the F3 menu has been disabled to reflect this; admin-spawned supplies, loot points and facilitated scavenging will be used to find supplies instead.
• Now that the survivors have formally breached containment and left the quarantine zone, the National Guard will have authorization to shoot on sight, formally cementing their place as an antagonistic faction.

It should be obvious even if you haven't been keeping up with precious announcements that we are also in the endgame of Zombie Roleplay 3, and that the story will be coming to a formal event soon. The details on that are:

• Buildup events and day-to-day roleplay will persist until the date of the story's climax and formal finale, which will be the weekend of December 12, 2025 - about one week from the time of posting.
• Details on the events will be publicly disclosed closer to the day they are pitched, but the finale won't be your last chance to play on the server: the server will remain open in a loose "epilogue" stage after another map change for the remaining couple of weeks of the year. You can use this to finish up character stories, engage with smaller little "events" that paint a picture of the world after the infection, or make everybody cry with a tragic PK.
• ZRP3 will then be shut down some small time after New Years; the server won't remain open and free to use for months on end like Nightmare in Prague.
