What happened:
Introduction: To start off with, this was generally touched upon in a previous thread - however, for whatever reason, it divulged into something that was pretty much unrelated and the main reason I initially endorsed the thread to be created - and felt unfulfilled in the resolution as I felt there was a genuine problem that needs to be addressed.
What Happened: I and four/five other players were playing Basketball outside of the Militia Base, we had stuck on some music and built a small court and was generally playing in the street and on the sidewalk outside of their Shelter. It was some fun casualRP and some OOC Fun as we were having a nice time playing Basket Ball.
Initially, one of the CDC tier vehicles (assumed to be bing-bing but was actually gun food drove over once - and hit my character with his car and kept driving, killing me.
Then, a second vehicle came and almost hit us - we then noticed it was the same vehicle that had doubled on itself around the block and then a third time we all rushed to get off of the road - where the vehicle mounted the pavement and drove at us, killing another person.
The admins did not communicate a thing the entire time, and when the vehicle came AGAIN we stopped it with the Physics Gun to stop a fourth VDM from happening.
At that point, I was picked uplifted into the air and then dropped to my death, damaging an item in my inventory.
Since we had seemingly stopped their fun, Bing decided to fly over - without saying a word to anyone and started just deleting all of the props the 'Militia' guys built inside of their base - leaving it completely baron and there work unsaved and undone after three or so hours of building.
The Admins then acted shocked when people retaliated, a large chunk of those left online speaking up - the OOC time was then increased to disallow public argument, and to give the admins free-room to slander the view of the situation into their favour, which, devolved into arguments of 'Cool it Kids' and 'You just want guns' which, you can see is an easy break-away being used in the other thread by both sides.

I generally do not care about the items, ideological argument - but more have issue with the actions of the Staff.
In all honesty, it was an absolutely disgusting display of abusive behaviour that as someone who is generally new who came here with hundreds of warnings from other players that the Admin Team has massive issues with both player communication and commitment pretty much gave a spine to arguments I considered to be biased opinions.
Watching Admins mow down people in cars, then tell people they don't need scripts to roleplay with their self-spawned muscle cars, and inventory full of weapons aside.
I believe this is an absolutely genuine case of Admins needing to be disciplined by their higher-ups in-order to help improve quality-of-life on the server in the future.
Some of the more pressing issues were how these Admins acted towards players. Literally flying in, killing people - garnering a reaction then muting and kicking people before actively destroying their work without a word builds the image of a bunch of vultures sitting on the sidelines, waiting to pick away at everyone else.
The worse part is the implication of SETTING up the situation.
As I said, the admins seemingly BAITED the reaction of players stopping them from VDMing then kicking and slandering them in OOC - this is perpetuated further by how the admins actually WITNESSED the construction of the base at first, came and spoke to us for a good ten or so minutes (arguing with Village about guns or something) and seemingly felt that at that time the base was fine, and did not immediate removal.
Instead, they waited until the entire project was actually finished AND THEN decided to move in a delete everything after garnering a negative reaction from everyone.
One of the worse parts of the situation is the lack of thought behind it. The 'Militia' group is made up of around 10 people, so, it's quite literally a chunk of players affected by this close-minded, and downright shallow approach.
Ultimately, I don't even know WHY this had happened - literally shutting down an entire group of people because you disagree with what they were building? Alright?
I think this points out my main issue - which is the absolute lack of care to transparency - if you had an issue, you should have SPOKE to us, not just fly over and delete this dude's entire build AFTER kicking him.
It seems super-underhanded to kick the guy, then delete all of his work while he was not looking.
I've actually really enjoyed my time here up until now, and, very - very much hope that I come out of this with a positive outlook.
I'm happy to speak about my concerns and explain what I've written in further detail on Discord, as Voice leads to better communications - something that I think needs to be improved on the parts of the admins involved.
Hopefully this case gets resolved neatly.
Thanks.

I thought it was pretty funny, and just a mistake - so sort of did not think much of it, and ended up returning to the scene. We all decided not to take it IC as he did not and just carried on playing. Then, a second vehicle came and almost hit us - we then noticed it was the same vehicle that had doubled on itself around the block and then a third time we all rushed to get off of the road - where the vehicle mounted the pavement and drove at us, killing another person.
