View New Content Tab Broken

Well, not so much broken as it is malconfigured. Whenever I press the tab, I'm given this error:


Sorry, you don't have permission for that!

You do not have permission to use the search system.

Probably my most favorite feature in any forum as I'm too lazy to go through each subforum individually. Don't know if this is a forum-side problem, but if it's not, then how can I fix this?

this is intended behaviour atm
