    What happened:

    Long story short they were gonna coup 7dast, got thwarted, resulted in a big firefight in which his character Smith was detained. He said "gotta go" in the middle of being detained, dced and has refused to get back on the character since, knowing he's going to be PKed.

    Johnathon Smith: Wearing a officer's uniform still.
    ** 1LT Ryan Wilson doesn't even respond, stepping off to join Emerson and her escort.
    ** Meredith Emerson leads Wilson and White off.
    ** Judy Ortiz moved alongside.

    It was late, I get it! Everyone had to go. But you're supposed to get back when you get the opportunity. Yesterday he was on all day on a different character. I didn't know that he was also Darren Fullheart until just now, but he was well aware that he was supposed to get on and continue the RP he dced from Friday night. Here's a PM log from just now:

    I would like to note that Darren Fullheart has been a constant pain in the ass during this entire deal with Rhodes, constantly coming into the JTF tent and being disruptive, trying to arrest my character, and so on. I didn't realize he was Smith somehow but that explains a lot!

    Additionally he has been attempting to convince people to take IC action against my character by manipulating truths OOCly through discord:

    Alright.

    This post is full of lies. To start, I haven't inspired anyone to take IC action against Emerson, or anything of the like. It was more of a backsided comment on my disagreement with how staff handled the situation.

    Second of all, I did not DC in the middle of the arrest. After everyone except one soldier left the scene, that soldier put me in a jail cell and then left as well. I was alone, no-one around me, at 2 AM in the morning or so, so yes I got off. Its been like one day, and I have been on the server for like 30 minutes since then since I haven't had time to deal with a dragged out situation.

    Also, my tenure with Darren Fullheart against Emerson had been a lot longer standing then with Smith, which had nothing to do with each other. Added to which, I haven't spoken, come near, or rped anything about Emerson since I got into IC fights with Emerson on Smith.

    You're blatantly manipulating what had been going on. Read OOC-chat announcements from staff during that time period. "Server restarting in three minutes."

    Plus, I am currently studying and wasn't RPing at all during that time, just sitting around in spawn.

    Aye. I didn't feel like it, having to get on the server, restart in the middle of a situation, rejoin, and continue a situation while studying. I'm not obliged to get on because you want me to.

    probably best if you just got it over with instead of deliberating over whether you want admin involvement or not, @uwutm8
    from my own personal experience getting admins involved in something like this just makes things worse unnecessarily

    Admin involvement isn't really necessary we are all mature enough. @uwutm8 only expanding the lifespan will make it harder to release the character. Better do it quick.

    don't let the join date fool you i have no idea how admins operate here from a maturity level

    that being said, my own personal experiences derives itself from other servers where similar experiences caused by people prolonging the life of their character (for this instance, someone not getting on to avoid IC consequences) because they were too scared to face the reality of their own character's actions, which in turn caused unnecessary grief
