Techie problem with screen resolution.

''Cannot display this video mode, change computer display input to 1920x1080@60Hz''

This error appears every time i attempt to start Gmod, it won't even get to the main menu or anything, the screen simply fades black with the error floating through the screen.

I've tried simply adjusting the display in my settings, but the screen doesn't support 1920x1080.

I have played Gmod with this exact same setup a few months ago, and i was thinking of returning to TnB's Srp when this error occured to me.

Any suggestions, tips und trickz? Leave it below ;3

Try booting it with something like -dxlevel 90
It usually resets the resolution to 800x600.
