Swep Errors

For some reason, now that I've reinstalled Gmod, whenever someone has the hands swep out or the knife swep, I see a giant error inside them. Anyone know how to fix this? You will be rewarded with confectioneries.

This is gonna sound quite... Dumb but have you checked the models are actually included in the mega pack and something hasn't had a error, even if you re-installed it might just be a weird error.
