Stalker - Texture errors, informative post!

I have installed all the model packs (weapons and players) for SRP into my garrysmod/garrysmod folder. Is this correct or should I leave the files within their designated folders and drop them into my add-ons?
I have also installed darkdolina (?) rp_stalker and all the various other maps into garrysmod/garrysmod -> materials,models,maps

As of now, things look like this.

Senior Lt. Prenya Chechiko's model is an error. I contacted said user and he pointed me towards the download. I did so and to no avail.

Probably because you dont have EP2 installed

if you do then go to betas underneath the properties menu, which you get to by right clicking on the game, activate steampipe beta for Ep2 and you should be dandy

Yes EP2 is needed for those parts.

I am releasing a model hotfix pack shortly (2 days max) which will contain all missing player and weapon models so standby for that.

I have EP2 installed. There is no option under 'betas' for steampipe beta. Any idea why? I googled my problem but to no avail, the closet idea I've managed to form is that the beta has ended but other people seem to have it.
