rp_ineu_valley2_winter S2>S1 transition point

I'm having trouble finding the transition point on the map, suprisingly it isn't in the spawn (The large dam) or other side of the map (Mountainside pass). Asking admin to constantly switch you is a big of a headache, especially during low-pop hours and since this map is the most used on the server currently, could someone tell me the point's location or, if it's not present at all, fix it?

The location point should the tunnel road that leads out of the dam/map(its just a road leading to nowhere). That is where I placed it when I created the map file.

The only reason that it isn't there is because a dev moved it.
