Regarding Character Deletion

I recently was unbanned following my successful appeal and was wondering if there is any way for the staff to delete my two characters that were part of the old ban (loan/credit abuse) since I'd like to have a fresh-start with my second chance. It wont let me delete them in-game stating I owe a loan of 10,000 on each (Which is impossible); the two characters are Dane Vogel and Sauder.
