Do not write appeals on behalf of others, unless they're incapable of doing so themselves

When you're posting an appeal or ban request, we'll at least need the following info:
  1. Where you got banned from
  2. The name you got banned under (this can be a character on-server, forum account name or discord username)
  3. Your SteamID or a link to your steam profile (if applicable)
  4. Information about the ban itself
    1. When were you banned?
    2. How long is the ban?
    3. Who applied it?
    4. What is the ban reason?
  5. Screenshots, logs or anything that helps your case
  6. Ideally, a list of people that were involved and can provide input
