For some reason I can't rate post on the forums, as in the many rates such as agree, disagree, funny, optimistic, artistic (my favorite), or informative when people post good information. That means I can't rate my friends with winner ratings to boost their forum karma and unlock the secret board.

PS; don't rate me because it's not fair if I can't rate you back.
