Random Disconnect from outlands server

I join the server, select my character, get sent to spawn and then I stand there for 5 seconds to around a minute and then it disconnects me or it retries connecting, connects me, then repeats the initial problem.


My internet connection isn't garbage it was just upgraded recently and the problem just started this afternoon. (Dec. 16, 2015)

I'd greatly appreciate any sort of input regarding this problem, hopefully someone knows my issue.

I'm not tech savvy so please explain it like a 5th grader.

I can run some stupid-intensive games at 60+ fps. I get 3fps on that map.

Its a great map, to look at and as far as outdoor environments amazing. Had fun running from hunters and playing hide and seek, that being said there are these issues and growing pains that will make themselves apparent as time goes on that for now are major concerns.


Fuck this map is beautiful to sit in and despite the fuckery it commits on my laptop and lack of interiors it is still a welcome break from maps I know like the back of my hand.

surprisingly my fps is actually pretty good on gm_fork

it's just that i rubberband like fuck and get forcibly disconnected

Usually takes me 30~ minutes of connecting and crashing before I can stick in the server. The map looks nice, but it has issues.

good rp is prettier but i can't find it on this map because my characters don't own cars
