Well, I'm still a bit confused on things, so here are my noobish questions.
Firstly, I'm assuming that to join the CA, you must apply like for CCA and Vorts?
Next, how do you rank up in CCA? I suppose you request Auths for it?
How often do you need to play CCA and CA characters?

1. There are no applications for CA right now.
2. It's based on the decisions of your adjutants and Squad Leader.
3. It's up to you, but you need to be at least somewhat active, especially with the CCA as they sometimes host training events and raids.
