CCA base is full of fucking errors what are they?

Ugh.. any clue on where I could source out those props without having to buy the game?

If you happened to somehow acquire the GCF (through legitimate sources) you could feasibly extract the content from it and use it as an addon.

Find a friend who has the game
Tell him to instal this: http://nemesis.thewavelength.net/index.php?p=26 This will make the GCFs visible and you can then extract the content inside.
Convince him to spend hours uploading the DOD GCFs found in steamapps folder
Download, place in steamapps folder. If it doesn't work, extract the files and place in gmod folder. You'll have the models but you wont be able to play the game, so it's all good.

Oh and, provide a link to the upload if you manage to do that, so that the rest of us can download it too.

Bump & If I install DOD:S from another steam account (On the same PC duh), will Gmod allow me to add DOD:S in the extension menu?

It should.

Gmod uses an authentication system, so it'll say "NO PERMISSION" if you don't have the game, so rather extract it into the game files or put it as an addon folder.
It will terribly lenghten the load times, take note of that.
