Problem with textures

I have downloaded all the content and I have both CSS and HL2 episodes. Everything is good, but there is still some parts of the map that remain as errors.

Unless I am wrong there may be some map content props left out of the workshop collection. D47 and i17 v3 tends to cause these issues where the additional content for it is not directly included in the download. I would go over the workshop content again and check each individual map addon for anything extra left out.
