Wilmington, Delaware...A city of wonder of the East Coast, standing with the other populated centers of the mighty United States. Found in one of the many beginning colonies all the way back in 1776...Over three hundred years ago. The scare of nuclear fighting was on the horizon, as every passing day more and more nuclear items are invented for daily use, from robots, cars, even suits of armor. The power of an atom showed no limits, and the human race was pushing its luck further and further every day. From the foreign wars to the invasion upon US soil in Alaska, the world was nearing the brink of collapse, and the people of the United States had no idea about the storm that was flying their way. The day that decided humanity's future, October 23rd, 2077.
Vault 127, a vault comprising of adult males and females. randomly selected from the inner workings of the city, from minimum wage workers to office workers, and even utility. Whoever got their name selected, was assigned to the vault, no second thoughts from backgrounds. Built from an old utility tunnel in Hercules Tower, this vault specialized in keeping its residents safe and comfortable. Fitted with an extra thick vault door, multiple rooms to share with an SO or with yourself, the vault was sprawling for where it was...However its true intentions remain unknown, and the experiments that Vault-Tec had in plan were only remembered by a select few. And only one of those select few actually made it to the vault, that being the overseer. A CEO of a banking corporation up top, he was the only one who had been specifically chosen for the role, and he planned to keep it. That man was Ozias Ashton II. Who knows how long it will take until things begin to turn sour?

This entire RR pitch is a short one, a small event that would last 3-4 days. It involves a murder mystery. The Vault's secrets unknown to everyone but one person, the Vaults residents backgrounds being kept secret, the entire Vault is in the dark about each other, and everyone involved would need to try their best to find out who did it. The events would unfold like so, the third day and how it turns out can decide if there is the fourth day or not.
Day 1
The introduction day! For us at least, the characters that take part in this event would have known each other for a full year prior. This first day marks the 1 year anniversary of being locked away. A celebration party is being thrown by the overseer, everyone is invited! The first day involves people passing with one another and making their chars, and ends on a cliffhanger.
Day 2
A murder has happened! When it picks up a body is found! It is up to the Vault residents to find out the killer, their backgrounds...Who could it be? Could it be your SO, your best friend...Maybe even you. This entire day is left to the people to try and find out who did the murder, while sabotage and other events happen in the background. It ends with the Vault getting a warning...But from what?
Day 3
They must find the murderer, this entire day is dedicated to finding the murder, as they begin to slip up and make mistakes. While people can find more evidence on their fellow residents. They are on borrowed time, each minute inches closer and closer to failure. They have a chance to find the murderer today.
Day 4
The last day, if they do not find the murderer on Day 3. This day picks up from a big event the last day if he/she is not found. It involves chaos around the vault...As they were truly nearing the end. It is highly likely they will find the murder during this day, otherwise, the Vault and everyone inside of it perishes.
