Npc and Serverside Icons?

When I go into single player and goto NPC tab and see all the ass-tons of them I got from downloading the megapack, All their spawn icons are just pink and black boxes, Aswell sometimes ingame when pressing Tab in TRP Player-Icons apear to be the Error model instead of a close-up on the model's face.

TL;DR : Anyone got the spawn icons that /work/ ?
