Monitor help

Alright, So I'm looking for a cheap (Under 150 USD) Big 1080P DVI monitor. TigerDirect has a large selection, and for ship price it's real cheap.

But, not my point.

What's a good Refresh rate, contrast ratio, and brightness.

Any other information can be provided, I just didn't want to type some big story about why I need a new monitor.

60hz refresh rate, you want a resolution of 1920x1080 (for crispness and beauty), preferably LED.
