Missing "Set Description" button in the F3 Menu on HL2RP, and also missing Physgun

The title pretty much explains it. I hadn't played on TnB for almost a year, and when I came back and learned all the changes, I went to set the description on my new character (seeing as I lost the nearly $100 in donation material I had also), the set description button was completely non existent, as was my physgun, toolgun, and my grav-gun. Any help?

Try going into your addons in Garry's Mod and disable Ragdoll mover.
