After every work shift, there needs to be a record of it, no matter how small or how big it may be. Managers need to show their employers that they are contributing to the Ministry of Development.

This is more of an OOC disclaimer, work assignments can be boring at times, it's not supposed to be fun all the time, but understand this is your opportunity to get to know other citizens that you are paired up with. To Work Shift Managers, create assignments where citizens are cooperating together or have the opportunity to do so, events do not always have to be in the warehouse.

Citizens were told to clean part of a district.
What Transpired During the Work Assignment:
Everything went smoothly, no citizens acted up. Citizens listened and did the task that was ask. If someone went above and beyond of what I asked, they were rewarded with double rations.
    Additional Information:
Before the work-shift an anti-citizen threw a molotov in that district. After it was sweep we started the work-shift with the CCAs permission.

    <::||Purpose of Work Assignment:
Transferring the last of the old CMS department's supplies to the warehouses and cataloging them into the CWU manifest.
<::||What Transpired During the Work Assignment:
Slow work, but full cooperation nonetheless. Citizens provided their effort on an 8 or a 9, as only occasionally had I been required to have them correct any mistakes.
    <::||Additional Information:
Units 081 and 072 were continuously attempting to assist in the workshift. While their continued consideration for the civilian population is nevertheless generous, their designation is not to be their friends. Protection officers are not labour-workers, and should not be easing the load of work for the citizens. Recommending civil admins look into this blight.

    Date of Work Assignment:
    1/23/17

    Participants:
Workers - Dereck Roswell, Kathleen Cooper (exceptional, see later in report), Isaac Reyes(see later in report), Dom Adams, Vladmir Alexander.
Additional Personnel - Glenn Rosswell supervised my management of the workshift.

What Transpired During the Work Assignment:
The 5 workers, after being searched by two units of the HAMMER squad, placed water cans, pieces of headcrab meat, and cans of beans in to ration packages and placed the rations into a supply cart. In summary, the event went fairly smoothly apart from the end (described later). During the work period, it was noticed by both myself and my supervisor, Mister Rosswell, that Kathleen Cooper was performing in both an efficient and quick manner with quality products. Other than this, the work was pretty generic, the quality of the other workers work was acceptable while not remarkable. Then, after the time of the work period had finished, the workers were lined up and were searched a second time, with no results. Then, a disagreement between one of the HAMMER units and Isaac Reyes erupted, there was an altercation, Isaac was hit, not gravely hurt. The work event finished when the other HAMMER unit gave everyone their rations, Kathleen obtaining extra.

    Additional Information:
Glenn Rosswell approached Kathleen about joining the CWU.

Additional Personnel - Glenn Rosswell attended to supervise, as well as Enrinch Valsberg

What Transpired During the Work Assignment:
The three (3) workers were tasked with unloading important Union supplies from a two truck convoy. First truck's contents unloaded with minimal incident (miscommunication about how to unload supplies and lazy worker). Supplies were moved into warehouse for storage. It was at this moment a necrotic forced its way into the building, injuring an unidentified Union official in the process. Necrotic was engaged and terminated by Union officers. Workers unloaded second truck's supplies without incident. Supplies were stored away. Workers were searched before leaving and rewarded for a job well done.
    Additional Information:
Unidentified Union official injured, though seriousness can only be speculated. Necrotic corpse has been removed. Enrinch and Glenn did superb job keeping the workers calm during incident. Note: State directions clearly. Workers are easily confused at times.

Report on Phase One of Bridge Operation

    Full Name: Connor Hughes

    Citizen ID: 63982

Position: Work Shift Manager in Trial

    Date of Work Assignment: 1/25/17

Participants: Glenn Rosswell and Connor Hughes managed. Dalia Salazar(TEMPORARY, see later), Enrinch Valsberg, and Valentina Alvarez, supervised the Work shift.

Purpose of Work Assignment: The purpose of this Work Assignment, as cleared by Glenn Rosswell and Dalia Salazar, was to initiate the bridge operation and complete phase one, to remove all excess rubble and detached damage from the bridge area.

What Transpired During the Work Assignment: Overall, the work done during the Work Assignment was without issue and ran smoothly. There were no sustainable issues and all workers continued to perform without hesitation. Glenn Rosswell patrolled and managed. I assisted, namely on top of the bridge where 3 citizens collected rubble from several piles of debris, while Rosswell oversaw the majority of the work which took place on the street level where 5 citizens deconstructed large chunks of concrete with sledgehammers and took apart deteriorated panels with steel cutters and bolt cutters.

Additional Information: During preparation of the Work Assignment, an incident occurred. In order to ensure the safety of all citizenry that would be working on site, Miss Salazar shut down the power to the cords and wires running along the bridge remotely from within the CMS building. During this, Zoey Roy, a trial engineer currently working for the CED, was checking all the wires on the underbelly of the bridge from on top of the scaffolding. The power was shut off, and due to corrosion as well as wear and tear damage to the wires, this caused a power surge through all the cords that were in Roy’s proximity. This shot a non-lethal dosage of electricity through the woman, knocking her off of the scaffolding. After procedure was followed and proper care was taken, it was revealed that Miss Roy’s only injury was a broken arm. She is now currently resting in Miss Salazar’s place of residence.

Purpose of Work Assignment: Unload foodstuffs, clothing, and low caliber ammunition from Union Supply train

What Transpired During the Work Assignment: Shift started out as normal. Workers were given instructions and proceeded to unload supplies. Two careless workers proceeded to break open a box full of ammunition and spill half of its contents. Workers were pulled aside and the two mentioned workers were reprimanded. Guards were placed around the train's ramp to protect remaining supplies until it could be unloaded. Malignants, who had crept up to the supply car, openened fire on officers stationed on guard. Workers were moved away from the gunfire. This workshift manager was attacked by an armed malignant before the aggressor was eliminated. Units preformed admirably in repelling attackers. Workers were given their rewards, aside from the two who spilt ammunition, and were sent on their way after the area was secured.

Additional Information: Requesting this workshift manager never oversee/work on a shift involving trains or live ammunition in the forseeable future

This workshift was personally commissioned by Inspector Helder Kassoma.

    Position: Foreman.
    Date of Work Assignment: 30/08/2021

    Participants: Three now-deceased citizens.

Purpose of Work Assignment: A small section connecting to the office of Warehouse 13 had begun to emit a fowl stench. A clean up crew was then assigned to remove any offending articles.

What Transpired During the Work Assignment: The un-cleared sector of work had become the habitat of a necrotic unbeknownst to the staff at the time. Two personel entered into the environment and were attacked, during the attack both personnel were incapacitated and the vent had become blocked. The foreman at the time was also incapacitated whilst trying to assist, and the vent had become blocked. Officer 12159 proceeded to assist in re-opening the vent. The third worker entered the vent to find both citizens under the influence of the biotic, who then proceeded to maul the citizen to the death. Officer 12159 was also mauled in the ensuing chaos, suffering severe damage. During the ensuing struggle an explosion occurred inside the warehouse, originating from just outside the office door, which in turn incapacitated 12159 and the foreman further.

Additional Information: Officers 509, 666 and 815 responded to the scene and put down the necrotic. During the struggle, 666 had managed to wound himself whilst fending off the necrotic. Medical was administered at the site, and the injured parties were moved off for further treatment.

The target location has still, at the time of writing this, not been cleaned properly. All citizen workers were pronounced dead on arrival by medical personnel.

Participants: Leonid Fyodorovich #43659, Pietro Maroni #01144, Cletus Donovan #46519, Audrey Chrétein #33278, Siobhanthz Regan-Soo #79804. Imogen Blake #45767. Two other, Unidentified Citizens.

Purpose of Work Assignment: Remove malignant fortifications from the subway beneath the streets. Remove any contraband found, and prepare what remains for the D̶e̶m̶o̶n̶s̶ Cremators to dispose of as they see fit. If possible, installation of monitoring equipment and or security devices to prevent further malignant activity within the area. Additionally, an encompassed section hosting an impromptu barracks had been discovered, which was registered for swift demolition for being unauthorized civil housing.

What Transpired During the Work Assignment: Senior Civil Engineer Imogen Blake took position organising and arranging the arrival and assignment of individual tasking, with Foreman Mikhail Vyachaslav overseeing and advising where and when required. The work party entered the designated area, and begun disassembling resistance structures. A crate of rebel supplies was retrieved by two workers and handed over to the Civil Protection detail. The citizens involved were then rewarded for it. During the shift, gunfire broke out coming from the distant tunnels. Civil Protection engaged malignant forces and provided means for the citizens to escape. However, it may have been a trap as an un-discovered explosive devise was triggered, the ensuing blast damaging several of the working party. Imogen Blake and Isaac Pancake and the attending Foreman were injured in the resulting blast. The work party was then evacuated under cover of Civil Protection, safely returning to treat wounds at the office complex.

Additional Information: Imogen Blake suffered minor wounds, and was promptly treated in the office. Similarly, Isaac Pancake was wounded grievously in the stomach by shrapnel, but is expected to make a recovery. The cremators have been sent in regardless of what salvage was left. I̶'̶m̶ ̶a̶l̶s̶o̶ ̶n̶o̶t̶ ̶g̶e̶t̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶p̶a̶i̶d̶ ̶e̶n̶o̶u̶g̶h̶. Two of the citizens were additional 'killed' in the ensuing conflict.

Participants: Francesco Capello #05468, Sora Bessho #46309, William Carthritch #35398, Jessica Gibbons #61389, and Aisling "Siobhan" O'Brien #17609.
Purpose Of Work Assignment: Removal and disassembly of old electronics such as televisions, CRT displays, radios, and other electrical devices deemed useless for usage. Parts would be saved for future recycling usage.
What Transpired During The Work Assignment: Senior Engineer Blake and Inspector Emerson were overseeing the work shift, Advisor Salazar joining after the shift had began.Workers were dilligently disassembling and pulling apart electronics, and were parting away correct bits of the devices. The plastics and rubbers were thrown away as they served no purpose for recycling usage. An air conditioning unit within the warehouse had a mechanical malfunction, creating an alarming banging noise upstairs. This noise was a nuisance, but was not a danger to the workers.
Additional Information: Aisling did an amazing job with her work in terms of disassembly, sorting items usable for recycling. The only thing I regret is mispronouncing her name. Sora was a good help in pulling apart and extracting copper from internal wiring, along with Jessica carefully and safely extracting electricals. William was a competent worker and helpful with assisting others if they requested it. Francesco minded his own, quietly but dilligently showed a grasp of disassembly with mechanics.

Purpose of Work Assignment: Disassembly of derelict and confiscated vehicles, for the purpose of using the mechanical parts for future projects, and the metal to be melted down for recycling and manufacturing purposes. Any other parts, such as tires, lights, et cetera would be thrown away.
What Transpired During The Work Assignment: The two vehicles, an old van and a late-model sedan type were carefully disassembled with plasma cutters. Parts were organized and separated with no sign of miscount or improper placement of items. A strict dress code was followed correctly with suits, masks, and gloves for proper usage of the cutting devices.
Additional Information: Advisor Salazar and Senior Engineer Blake were on site to assist the shallow turn-up of workers for the shift. Inspector Kassoma and Issacs were present to oversee the operation. Issacs left due to an incident with a disgruntled worker. The worker was detained and Issacs reported no significant injury. Blake was discharged due to a minor hand injury. She is expect to make a quick recovery. An electrical fault with one of the vehicles activated the van's alarm system. It was quickly silenced and posed no threat to the shift or the workers.

Clear out the rubble and debris left by squatters beneath the bridge from D1 heading towards D2. Additionally, after a security concern, install a camera to monitor passage under the bridge.

What Transpired During the Work Assignment:

Workers arrived on time and as scheduled. Moved crates, containers and cleaning supplies beneath the bridge and litter-picked it clean once more, destroying any squatter's abode and leaving a kind note to register at the civic center for an apartment. After garbage work was concluded an old camera that had been supplied was installed.

    Additional Information:
