Microwave Bug (expensive)

So I got a microwave and hit 'Use' on it from my inventory to make some tasty food for some hungry customers. It did a good job at making the food but I couldn't seem to pick it up again. I tried looking at it and holding C or using all sorts of _+E combinations to no avail. Sadly, I had to buy a new one before I left the server. A friendly vort told me that bug happened to him before and basically my microwave was gone.

This is a very expensive bug when microwaves are 100c a pop.
