Looking For a Face Texture

I've been looking for like two hours now, so I'm hoping that someone possibly by some miracle (or perhaps Dave even?) knows where the face texture for this model is from, because I'd like to make a personal edit to it if possible.

Open the model in HLMV and it will tell you the textures name.

There's probably a dozen or so more models that use that texture. You're better off hexing it to make a personal edit, once you find the texture.

Plan was to get rid of the makeup by replacing it with another facemap. I replaced it, but the one I used isn't too too much better and I want to look into it a bit more before I screw up the textures badly.

It's only 254x254 res. :(
