Reason: I've been playing on the TnB HL2 RP servers for some time now, I'm confident in my ability to RP properly and be responsible with extra benefits of Adv. TT. Namely, I will be using it for the Adv. Dupe tool in order to save layouts for various stores and apartments that I furnish, it will also aid me in saving furniture creations since my IC profession is Carpentry. I would make use of the light tool as well, adding more atmosphere to my furnishing.

Yes. I didn't think Adv. TT apps exist either, but the few admins I did speak with told me to post on forums for it. I'll just keep trying until one is able to actually grant it in-game.
