our server does not have a CWU, but rather a Combine Engineering Core (or CEC). they're sort of like the CWU you might know, but they're also more advanced and specialized sometimes. they may be somewhat akin to a mix of CWU and a CCA engineering/tech squad if you're familiar with a concept from a past server.
