Extract the files. Take the contents of the folders you extracted and put them in your main Garry's mod directory. garrysmod/garrysmod
then after you place them in it will ask you to override stuff. Click "Yes" after that it's all done.

I'm fairly sure it does, just make sure that you get a notice of merging the folders(aka you unpack the models/materials folders in the same folder where your original models and materials folders would be, which is garrysmod/garrysmod.)
