How do you create tables like the kind used for the CCA and CA rosters?

When I try it I get some really weird formatting. Is there any way I could get an example? I'm kind of retarded when it comes to this sort of thing and I can't see how they do it in the CA and CCA because I can't quote a post in a locked thread.
