Errors and T posing

I am not sure if this is right place to post it but yea.

On TRP and HL2RP I see people T posing with giant errors I am not sure why but I think that some addon I think weapon addon may not be working for me could anyone tell me how to fix it?
And before you ask if I tried to fix it myself? then let me tell you somethink I don;t want another ride of trying to fix by myself and later find out that it did nothing I already had one of those rides .

Just recently the packs were changed with the models being divided into male/female, and if you didn't resub (and maybe clear out your addons manually before hand, not sure if that's necessary) then you're going to get tposing and errors.
