I'm currently subscribed to these, and nothing conflicting, as far as I know. I mean, I can see the donator MODELS, the CCA units, and the weapons, but thing like clothing, and the regular citizen models are fucked.

At this point your next solution would be to reinstall gmod.

menu_cleanupgmas to be certain and skim through your legacy addons to see if there's any shit left back there. Alternatively, remove the addon folder entirely and force it to re-download everything.
