So I've been getting this after I sign in.

Looks like you don't have a profile on any Taco and Banana servers, you should join a server and try again!

Any suggestions? Is there another way for me to donate?

you need to contact dave manually via a forum pm; the donation panel has been broken forever (and a half)

Been broke since December 2016 I believe. They're probably going to fix it after Tekka is made stable or something
