Dark_Knight crashing

Currently I can't open GMOD without this error:

I have done the following:

Verified Game Cache, deleted binarys.
Reinstalled GMOD.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Oh wait I fixed it.

Here's how:
Deleted materialsystem.dll from garrysmod/garrysmod/bin

loaded source SDK/Gmod back up.
