The following rules apply to all members, moderators, and administrators of the community.
These rules will be enforced at all times. Repeated failure to adhere to these guidelines will result in action taken which can include temporary or permanent removal from the servers, community and/or administration teams.

I. Content
The following rules regard the posting rules within the community.
1A) Do not post content that is visually graphic or not safe for work, as well as links to such. (18+). You are free to share this in private with consenting individuals or groups of legal age.
1B) Do not derail a thread with a defined topic. Keep your posts on track. Any posts that aim to pointlessly drag a conversation in a different direction will result in your posts being deleted and a possible thread reply ban. The zingers need to stay in your pocket unless they actively contribute to a conversation, and it falls to the forum moderators' discretion whether posts do or not.
1C) Do not spam the shoutbox, forums, or discords. Keep pointless or unserious threads to the fast threads forum.
1D) Keep threads in the appropriate forum categories and subforums. Don't post TRP discussions in HL2 forums, don't post HL2 discussions in SRP forums, etc.
1E) Keep forum avatars and signatures appropriate with other content posting rules. Your avatar or signature will be removed or changed should either conflict with this rule.
1F) Do not shitpost or derail on unban threads, ban requests or PK appeals. Additionally, if you are uninvolved with a situation and do not have any additional information to provide, do not post needless bias or vouches for the person of the subject matter.
1G) Use thread prefixes accordingly. Don't label a thread as 'Serious' if it isn't a serious matter, don't make it IC if it isn't IC, etc.
1H) Do not spam forum ratings. Excessive over-use of ratings will be met with having your ability to rate posts disabled.
II. Conduct
The following rules regard user-to-user etiquette and conduct within the community. If you would like to report someone for harassing you, contact a member of the moderation team. Any information presented to a moderator will be kept private and will not be shared without your consent.
2A) Do not repeatedly target and harass any member. There will always be beef between one person or another. Do not go out of your way to attack them publicly or privately. If you have a problem with another community member and you must engage with them in public, keep it civil and sort out your differences respectfully.
2B) Do not expose or share the personal information of another community member without consent. There will be a zero-tolerance policy for this behavior. All members are entitled to the privacy that the basic anonymity over the internet provides.
2C) Do not share sexual content unsolicited to members of the community or coerce others to do so. This community and its servers are populated any utilized by minors, and as a result, any and all platforms by this community should remain safe for work. That said, the moderators and administrators of the community will not interfere with the personal life of its members as long as such matters are kept entirely private and out of the light of the forums, shoutbox, community discord and servers. However, sharing sexual content without consent or pressuring another member of the community into sharing this content is entirely forbidden.
2D) Do not share sexual content with minors. This is entirely forbidden. Due to conflicting opinions of what age is considered a minor, we define a minor as being below 18 years of age. Doing this will see you irrevocably banned from the community with zero opportunities to appeal, regardless of whether or not the victim is a member of Taco N Banana itself. This includes any forms of suggestive or erotic roleplay, the forwarding of pornographic content, or engaging in discussion of sexual topics with them. It is your duty to ask if the person you're engaging with is above the age of 18, there is no excuse whatsoever for not exercising this responsibility.
III. Miscellaneous
The following rules regard topics not covered by the sections above.
3A) Users are allowed one forum account per person, and one person per forum account. Alts will not be tolerated from banned members or existing members. If you are seeking to appeal a forum ban, please contact a member or administrator of the community to appeal for you by proxy.
3B) Respect the legal rights of all programs and companies. Do not post links to torrents or pirated copies of programs. Do not do anything within the community that would put you into legal trouble.
3C) Do not advertise other communities. This forum is for the Taco N Banana ommunity, and not any others.
