Client Timed Out

This occurs on my server, and for some apparent reason that everyone including me on the server gets booted in 5 minutes with Client Timed Out.

Can't figure how to fix it. Any developers got clues?

It happens on VAC-secured servers, GMOD issue.
Best thing you can do is disable VAC.
Don't worry about it.

How does one disable it?

I sound very stupid, but.. I am.

Put -insecure at the end of your start.bat file.
For e.g:

hlds.exe -game cstrike +ip xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx +port xxxxx -insecure +maxplayers 14 +map de_nuke +sys_ticrate 1000 +exec server.cfg
