Checkerboxes Ahoy.

I've got checkerboxes, and I don't know how to get rid of em'.

Downloaded:

Megapack
Stalkercontent
The map and darkdolina for the additional materials/textures.

Tried to take a screenshot to show what kind I'm missing.

The first thing I would do is alt-tab and then come back into the game. Sometimes it's just the game temporarily bugging out.

If that doesn't work, it means that during the installation process of the megapack(s) some or most of the required files didn't make it to where they needed to go. To fix this, I suggest redownloading said megapack and extracting them to your garry's mod folder. I don't know if you just dragged and dropped, but if you did, that is known to cause errors when installing.

Try it out and get back to me.

Do you have Half-Life2: Episodes 1 & 2?

I have Half Life 2, Half life 2: Lost Coast, both installed.

Then it's prolly cause you dont have Ep2 or Ep1.

Argh. I thought I'd bought those, but I guess if I did, they'd be installed when I shoved in Garry's mod. Okay. Will try and sort that out soon as. Cheers, you two.

Yeh thats an EP1/2 problem. Make sure to mount them.

Do I need *both* EP1 and 2, or just one or the other?
