Chars getting deleted and Server acting like I'm new

I logg on to the terminator rp as Jamal leader of smile squad and all of his stats and all of weps were gone I later joined again an hour later and the server prompted to fill out the questionnaire that it asks the first time you join the server and asked me to make a profile name again and I had to start all over losing all my rp an item progress I am not asking to be refunded in a weapon form but with my char cause Jamal is my main char and he has the best rp behind him and I want to continue smile and also it gave my chars to my friend for some reason he has the same weeps and char desc and stats of my char and had te option to slect some of my chars please help

Unfortunately, all the servers did a rollback to a few days ago. It's retarded we know, and we're not sure why it happened. You'll have to hit up an admin in game via !a to regain what was lost.
