Can't see combine models

As the desc. explains I can't see the combine? However I can see normal civil protection but not the higher ranked combine quite annoying because I don't really see them as dangerous and I got myself knocked out XD.

Describe your situation, are the models checkered, a big red error, or just invisible? It is most likely just a simple reinstall and everything should even out.

Well,
Basically I can't see the models they're just big Errors. On one of the models I can see the hands and arms (but they're checkered). I'm on mac btw. I think its either to do with Megapack1 or 3 not sure?

*UPDATE
I've just looked inside my material/models/police folder and found that there are no .mdl files not sure if there should be any?

Yeah, go ahead and reinstall the mega packs again. If the problem doesn't fix itself then it has to be the fact your on a mac.
