Can't join server

When i click join and when everything loads and i'm in the game but after few seconds it kicks me from the server and starts to connecting to some other ip. Here is something from console that i found after connecting to server.

that's the right IP but why it's trying to connect to port "22227015" is anyone's guess

already done that and it's not working and i have reinstalled game and that is not working i don't know what to do

you're trying to connect to s2; the outlands server. i saw you trying to hop on a whole bunch of times earlier.
you can't make a character there and im fairly certain it auto-redirects you to the city server if you have no characters there.
connect to s1; 192.223.31.222:27015
