My reason for being banned according to Cindy is my past messages in a thread, and those messages being referenced I was already previously warned and punished for. I wish I had more clarification before coming to appeal, but Cindy is the only community leader who will respond to any sort of DM and per her words she has not been involved in any of this stuff due to being busy irl, which is fine. What I find disheartening is other community leaders who approved the ban and saw my attempts to reach out and still decided to ignore them. As I said before I was already warned and moderated for arguably at best inflammatory comments, not to mention most of them were almost two weeks ago. It’s also clear from my post history that after I was warned not to continue this behavior that I did not continue doing it. My most recent posts have been constructive and inquisitive, the ones going back and forth with Glassfunk (who is no longer a forum mod, I’m not sure why this is) included. I was punished and stopped the behavior that I was told to stop, and now two weeks after that I’m being banned for it despite also never receiving any sort of warning besides forum points and most of my posts were not even flagged or given points

Speaking personally? I wouldn't mind an unban at all. I know you don't exactly have a high opinion of me in certain things, Bungo, but seeing some of what you've said even in the past few days has shown me that yeah you really do sometimes just say shit to get a rise but you are also incredibly constructive when you actually knuckle down.

This could have been handled a lot better and I don't think the ban needs to stick.

Could stand to reason that you could probably engage in a little less bad faith at times but the post that got you banned was hardly worthy of the action. Consider this appealed.
