Anyone know where I can sign up for Advanced TT?

Recently I have been loving Combine Control and I thought about signing up on the forms. I hear that people use it and is very helpful with shops and me, owning a cafe now and then, would like to use that
So if anyone knows, can you please tell me where I can maybe sign up? Or where a roster is maybe? Thank you :D
