A question regarding CCA Units coming back from a long period of LOA

In the past I devoted most of my RP time to playing as two different units who worked their way up through the ranks and eventually made it to two different positions. One was part of the old MET squad and met his end due to assisting a citizen whom he thought he loved. The other was a GHOST who I cannot remember the unit number of, as it has been a looooong time since I RP'd on TnB.

My question is two-fold, actually. First, how hard is it to return from an extended LOA like the one I've been on, and second, is there a record of previous units and their callsigns somewhere? It seems I may have lost some stuff since I left three years ago.

EDIT: Found my old unit info, and PM'd the appropriate people in charge of bringing my unit back from his extended LoA. This question has been answered.
