What happened:
My friend wanted me to post logs here of a situation that involved a fight that ended with him being "PKed". Im not sure if he was actually PKed or not (Because at the end you can see Masked Man saying "PKed0" in LOOC and His char wasn't deleted.) but the situation still bothers me. The logs show some forms of power-game (And possibly Meta) and I just want to find a solution to all these problems. There are 8 screencaps of the logs.

Time it happened: 2/26/2019, Late at night (Dont have an exact time, I apologize.)

from what I witnessed and I think bungo did too, the character who was PKed literally ran at a guy dual wielding pistols from 10 meters away and tried to stab him.

I think it ended in the character being shot three times and dying, but whoever was playing him thought adrenaline would somehow save him and kept arguing it afterward.
 
Its not so much about the PK its more so about the actions prior to the PK. I didnt know what to make of the situation and didnt know if powergaming was present or not. Thats why I posted this thread for admins to decide whether or not it is a valid PK or RP situation in general. But judging by the fact that you and your friend -1ed me and tagged my post as dumb, you must not like that people want to get to the bottom of the situation.
 
I don't really know what you want me to tell you, his character got ditched by his friends and he was shot by someone who he tried to attack.
 
I dont really know what to say about it either. This goes back to why I made the post in the first place. To allow the admins to make the final decision. And once again, not about the PK itself but the actions made by the parties prior to the PK.

I mean, it just looks like Ted did something stupid and sprinted at somebody with a handgun already aimed at the group. That's justifiable enough as a neligence PK, unfortunately.

Leaning towards keeping this death unless I'm missing something? Nothing else in the logs is standing out as particularly bad, but I'd be happy if you could PM me on Discord or on the forums with the specific parts you're unhappy with in the roleplay. pvt. bing 'b' bing? pvt. bing 'b' bing? looks like you were spectating this.
 
Yes, I remember this from a few nights ago. You called me over to handle a timing / situational dispute. Your friend charged head on into someone with a gun in their hand, so I stated you could charge to meet him, but he's also been filled with three bullets and is dying slowly. All parties agreed to the terms and I stepped away after that, but the fact of the matter is he charged an armed man and was shot in his torso thrice without any immediate medical attention.

It's a pretty valid basis for a Neg-PK IMO.
 
That wasnt Me, Probably Oyota or someone, as I couldn't enter due to timescale. And also, Once again its not really the PK. This isnt a PK appeal, its a showcase of logs that I didnt know if they contained Powergame or Meta. I mean, The friend of the masked man shows up out of no-where to his aid after all this goes down and has to abide by timescale. Are PMs during an Rp situation a thing or? It ust seems like the two who killed my friend were using PMs or external Comms. But then again, Thank you for shedding some light and adding input to the situation.
 
I'm the masked man from this situation. I'm not sure why this was taken to the forums - we had a admin supervise the situation and agreed upon the ending. Besides that, no, there really wasn't any meta or powergame.
